It's snowed so much that my trip to Kent today has been canceled.  Everyone I've emailed in the writing group has said the same thing, "I really want to hear your talk because I'm interested in the topic, but I don't want to drive today, either."

Yesterday I went out with manderley23  for our annual birthday dinner-and-a-movie.  :-D  She got me the best gifts ever -- including coffee, chocolate, smell-goods, LITTLE BROTHER by Cory Doctorow, and seasons 3-5 of Angel!  SHE IS SO COOL!

Earlier I'd gone book-buying with cynthiamary and picked up better copies of LITTLE WOMEN and LITTLE MEN -- and they matched!  ( Read more... )

Just don't do it.
